		<description>Well, I&#039;d say that if you&#039;re a great artiste then being miserable can certainly be a boon to creativity.  After all, if you&#039;re happy all the time what&#039;s your motivation?  But for the great majority of us who are essentially boring people, being miserable is just...well, being miserable.  

It&#039;s not a bad idea to look for advantages in feeling like hell, though.  After all, we&#039;re pretty much guaranteed at least a little bit of this thoughout our lives, so you might as well try to see an upside in it.</description>
